Ways To Destress Yourself:1) Hit somebody, but, be prepared to be charged with assault.
2) Vent your frustrations on your siblings.
Ps: do not try this on siblings who know taekwondo, like mine. Or else you will have panda eyes thy next day.
3) Exercise like hell every day. For example, go to gym every day for at least one hour workout.
4) Vent your frustrations on your blog.
5) Listen to music that will help you to relax.
6) Just heck care whatever is stressing you.
For me, i choose option no.3 though i'm really tempted to take option no.1. I just cannot find someone who will allow me to hit him or her without them reporting to thy police.
